The Cliiimb Health channel provides knowledge, education, training, events coordination, community outreach and strategic level consulting to Charitable Foundations, Healthcare Oriented Nonprofits, and Healthcare Providers and Payers who want to increase the usage of primary care doctors while decreasing emergency room visits with a goal to increase the overall wellness of marginalized and underserved communities.

• Keeping People Out of the Emergency Rooms: Problem: Emergency room care is expensive.

• Driving Relevant Health Support Information: Problem: People are not educated about preventative care and healthy habits and why they are important.  Information is not connected to them in a way that is relevant and accessible to them.

• Staying Connected: Problem: People from certain demographics are always moving, their residence and cell phone numbers change often, and they have trust issues, etc.
